About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Handle credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support the smooth running of daily finance operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 5 years' bank reconciliation experience
- Practical experience using Sage accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Proclaim software (advantageous)
- Previous exposure to the UK insurance or claims management industry (advantageous)
