About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track large and small change activities and leverage existing tools to provide organizational insights
  • Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to leadership
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses with business partners
  • Prepare and coordinate change management plans and strategies
  • Liaise with individuals in areas affected by implemented changes
  • Collaborate with Communications and Training teams on internal communications, engagement activities, and training materials
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities requiring the advisor’s presence
  • Facilitate change management training for various organizational levels
  • Promote, deploy, and monitor change management best practices and major change initiatives
  • Maintain discipline in applying change management methodologies and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management
  • Natural curiosity and ability to explore complex issues and concepts in depth
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills to overcome resistance to change
  • Experience implementing complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong initiative and accountability in delivering commitments under tight deadlines
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across the country
