About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support communications team members with internal and external communications projects
  • Respond to communications requests from internal departments
  • Participate in developing internal communications strategies and initiatives
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal content, including employee memos, intranet articles, newsletters, and event invitations
  • Contribute to designing and producing communications tools and multimedia materials
  • Record and edit short internal videos

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role involving communications, marketing, project coordination, or event planning
  • Experience writing, editing, and adapting content for different audiences and channels
  • Experience creating communication tools, presentations, and basic visual content
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools such as Asana, SharePoint, or similar platforms
  • Ability to conduct analyses and synthesize information
  • Comfortable interacting at various levels of the organization
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across Canada
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
  • No professional experience in Canada is required
