About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Integrate and publish content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal, and Cvent
- Develop and adapt marketing emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, JavaScript, SQL, and SSJS
- Configure personalization, segmentation, dynamic content, and language or regional versions
- Perform quality checks covering links, display, content, data, personalization, compatibility, and accessibility
- Plan and deploy email campaigns and broker portal campaigns
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement and performance
- Apply best practices in digital accessibility, deliverability, compliance, and user experience
- Collaborate with designers, communications advisors, marketing specialists, and stakeholders
- Review and validate content for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
- Document and improve content and campaign platform processes, workflows, and practices
- Optimize tools, templates, and production methods
- Report to the Senior Director, Broker Experience and Digital Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or university degree in digital marketing, communications, web development, multimedia integration, computer science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content integration, email production, digital marketing, marketing automation, or campaign management
- Extensive experience with content management systems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal
- Experience with Photoshop and other products in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
- Rigorous work ethic and ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Curiosity and a trial-and-error approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to change
- Independence, collaborative spirit, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment
- Functional proficiency in English and French
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; no prior Canadian work experience required
