  • Build, coach, inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of experienced managers and specialists
  • Remove obstacles to enable superior execution
  • Build relationships with partners and executives
  • Communicate strategy grounded in customer insight and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to bring the vision to life
  • Partner with business units to lead change management and adoption
  • Cultivate Product Management and Experience Design practices
  • Advocate for Product Management and Experience Design with stakeholders

  • Report to the Vice President, Product and Design
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and business units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in design, product management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience crafting AI solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management with direct reports
  • Minimum of 10 years in product management and/or user experience design
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping products leveraging Agile methods
  • Experience operating within large organizations
  • Diplomatic, entrepreneurial, strategic, and deeply passionate about digital experiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across Canada
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • No Canadian work experience required
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
