Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum eight years of progressive experience in communications, marketing or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in a people leadership role
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communications plans in a complex organization
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and professional judgment
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Excellent writing, editing and content-development expertise
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change
  • Curious and creative mindset with commitment to finding better ways to communicate and engage audiences
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and building an inclusive, high-performing team
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across Canada
  • Authorization to work in Canada required; no Canadian work experience required
