About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through the full-cycle recruitment process with administrative tasks
- Provide a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Build and foster relationships with internal business partners across the organization
- Create and foster an internal student community each term through engagement events and initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing campus activities and events as an Intact brand ambassador
- Support various Human Resources projects as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources or another relevant field
- Available to work full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2027 Term (January to April)
- Must be returning to school in Summer 2027 or Fall 2027 following the internship
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solution-oriented and creative
- Proven team player
- Eager to learn and continuously develop skills
- Previous internship experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset
- Previous experience with Workday as an ATS and HRIS systems is an asset
- For Quebec residents, bilingualism in English and French is required
- Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
- Resume and University/College transcript required with application
