  • Prioritize work-to-cash workflows and practice areas for Intapp Celeste
  • Lead deployment of Intapp Celeste AI agents, coworkers, and playbooks
  • Configure deployments around billing guidelines, client terms, and revenue standards
  • Translate time entry, prebill review, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows into AI-ready processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and areas requiring human oversight
  • Drive adoption across billing and finance teams
  • Run walkthroughs and training sessions
  • Collaborate with Industry Architects and Product leaders to inform product strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Foundation in law firm billing or revenue operations as a billing specialist, revenue analyst, or similar
  • Exposure to the work to cash cycle, including client terms, billing exceptions, and the process from time entry to collections
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to billing, revenue, or commercial workflows
  • Experience using LLMs for prebill review, narrative drafting, exception handling, or process design
  • Practical fluency in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and agentic tooling
  • Ability to configure and iterate on AI deployments without writing code
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and client impact
  • Communication skills to advise senior stakeholders and explain complex ideas clearly
  • Record of building a knowledge resource, process improvement, training program, or tool
  • Judgment in ambiguous, client-facing situations
  • Motivation to learn a rapidly changing product and market
