About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client advisory and thought-leadership engagements on business and technology, including AI
Establish Intapp’s point of view on technology trends and collaborate with partners on innovative solutions
Serve as the sales team’s primary subject matter expert for cloud, data integration, and AI
Create and maintain a connected data demonstration environment integrating Intapp, including Intapp Celeste AI capabilities, with external systems
Deliver presentations to technical administrators and executive management
Advise clients on enterprise and solution architecture across Intapp, existing, and third-party solutions
Develop realization plans and AI adoption roadmaps with clients and implementation teams
Gather industry data on assigned accounts and advocate for customer feedback with product and engineering teams
Support RFP/RFI responses
Maintain knowledge of Intapp products, competitive landscape, and AI developments shaping product strategy
Build strategic partnerships with C-level technology executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of technology leadership in a large financial services firm; investment banking or alternative assets preferred
10+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise cloud software solutions, including AI-enabled solutions
Strong knowledge of at least one major EA framework, such as TOGAF
Ability to perform EA analysis and modeling across business, application, data, and technology domains
Genuine fluency in AI and ability to explain its business and technical impact
Strong knowledge of cloud security protocols, data integration, REST and SOAP web services, SaaS deployments, and SQL databases
Understanding of data quality, security, and governance needs of AI solutions
Strong consultative approach, facilitation, and leadership skills
Ability to engage firm leaders and technical staff using graphical models to explain complex and AI-driven concepts
A technical degree from a top university is required
