About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end migration of data into the DealCloud platform
- Gather client data migration requirements and translate them into accurate technical solutions for integration and go-live
- Perform ETL tasks, including data extraction from client legacy platforms, transformation, mapping, and loading
- Validate and reconcile client data to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration and go-live phases
- Support platform configuration and data integration tasks aligned with DealCloud best practices
- Lead QA and testing efforts to ensure successful deployment of client solutions
- Participate in internal project management activities, including documentation, status reporting, and escalation handling
- Serve as a secondary resource for client-facing initiatives such as requirement gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles in a SaaS organization
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or related experience
- 3+ years experience in ETL processes and tools, data integration, or technical delivery
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or financial services technology
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data structures, normalization, and mapping techniques
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs is preferred
- Ability to recognize simple data problems and assist in finding solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to delivery
- Experience with DealCloud or similar financial services platform
- Knowledge of investment banking, private equity, or legal workflows
- Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
