About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure alignment of content and messaging across audiences and channels
  • Develop content and communications for existing customer audiences
  • Help ensure published content reflects a consistent narrative, clear brand voice, and deliberate point of view
  • Review campaigns, social, web, email communications, and client content to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and track content development schedules and objectives
  • Coordinate content across marketing teams so launches, campaigns, and narratives are sequenced intentionally
  • Ensure content is distributed across channels and repurposed across industry verticals
  • Track editorial KPIs, including engagement rates and narrative alignment
  • Report on the health of the content ecosystem
  • Develop strategic, timely, and personalized customer communications throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Create onboarding communications, feature education and adoption campaigns, product announcements and release summaries, platform change and migration notices, service-impacting notices, and targeted thought leadership and executive updates
  • Collaborate with teams outside marketing to tailor client content to audience needs
  • Improve content development quality, consistency, and efficiency through workflow automation and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in content development and strategy
  • Meaningful experience coordinating content across multiple channels, teams, or formats simultaneously
  • Background in journalism, publishing, or narrative writing strongly preferred
  • Experience running or contributing to a multi-channel content operation
  • Familiarity with B2B content environments, enterprise audiences, or professional services markets is a plus
  • Experience building editorial governance, content calendars, or cross-functional content processes at scale
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and executive teams in a matrixed environment
  • Exceptional editorial judgment
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to shape others’ work through voice guidelines
  • Fluency in AEO/SEO strategy and engagement analytics
  • Ability to use data to improve editorial decisions
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines
  • No educational credential explicitly required
