About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute a global delivery model and drive complex projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget, timelines, scope, and quality goals against agreed contracts
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project team members
- Provide strong team leadership
- Track and analyze project scope, schedule, and budget performance
- Report on blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits
- Recommend and implement improvements and mitigations
- Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed
- Ensure proactive communication plans
- Build stakeholder relationships and manage project health indicators
- Apply disciplined process frameworks and data quality goals
- Maintain organized project documentation internally and with clients
- Close out projects and transfer deliverables and documentation to operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role
- Experience working with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations is ideal
- Successful budget management and forecasting experience
- Fundamental understanding of cloud software delivery and associated integrations
- Ability to work in large, diverse, virtual matrixed teams and under pressure
- Ability to diffuse conflict without confrontation
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance
- Proficiency with the MS Office toolset
- Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus
