About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and market-facing representative for Intapp within a defined geographic territory
  • Drive awareness of Intapp products and services within the legal industry
  • Grow revenue across named accounts through upsell opportunities and multi-threaded client relationships
  • Guide customers toward measurable success with Intapp solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships across named accounts with key stakeholders including Managing Partners, General Counsel, CIOs, and COOs
  • Educate law firm clients and legal department prospects on Intapp’s product and solution suite, including AI capabilities and Celeste
  • Champion AI adoption and connect client challenges to Intapp Celeste’s capabilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of opportunities using the Intapp Sales Methodology
  • Maintain accurate CRM data throughout the sales cycle
  • Meet and exceed targets for add-on sales, upgrades, renewals, and retention
  • Engage at-risk clients to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and mitigate churn
  • Represent Intapp in marketing initiatives, press releases, case studies, industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on the legal industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in account planning, development, and long-term territory management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales, renewal, and retention goals
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across Am Law 100/200 firms and large corporate legal departments
  • Deep familiarity with legal technology, including practice management, risk and compliance, time and billing, or related solutions
  • Working understanding of AI and agentic tools in legal operations
  • Executive-level written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to engage with Managing Partners, General Counsel, CIOs, CFOs, and other senior leadership stakeholders
  • Fluency and confidence discussing large language models, agentic AI workflows, and tools such as Intapp Celeste
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Client-first mentality and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work with a high-value, complex book of business
