About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own execution and delivery quality of a portfolio of client implementations
- Manage resource staffing, forecasting, project budgets, profitability, and delivery team efficiency
- Directly manage Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants
- Provide guidance, performance management, mentorship, and professional growth support
- Conduct weekly tactical check-ins to identify project, client, and personnel risks
- Report to senior management on key accounts, financial metrics, client escalations, and personnel updates
- Maintain accurate project data in the internal CRM system
- Build relationships with client-facing and internal teams to ensure high-quality client experiences and support hiring, reporting, and professional development
- Coordinate complex deliveries with services team leaders and regional Delivery Managers
- Drive process improvement and methodology initiatives
- Provide senior oversight across Intapp resources on projects and align with Engagement Managers on timelines and risks
- Develop methodologies and processes in response to product and team changes and project lessons learned
- Partner with project teams and Account Managers to generate and position change orders
- Review scoping accuracy, support Sales-to-Services knowledge transfer, and manage delivery team bandwidth for scoping activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in consulting/professional services
- 2+ years in a management role
- Prior success within a law firm, financial institution, or professional services organization
- Project, portfolio, or program management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong business and analytical acumen
- Proven success delivering complex project implementations
- Hands-on operational experience
- Strong leadership credentials
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, positive, and entrepreneurial, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and flexible, able to adapt easily to changing or evolving role requirements
- Experience working with C-level client executives to deliver solutions
- Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the organization, including with leadership
