About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define enterprise architecture strategy for client implementations across integration, data strategy, security, and infrastructure
- Shape the integration of agentic AI capabilities, including Intapp Celeste, into clients’ broader architectures
- Assess data readiness, integration points, and governance for responsible AI deployment
- Design integration architectures connecting Intapp products with ERPs, CRMs, identity providers, and other enterprise systems
- Establish data strategy guidance covering data flows, governance, and architecture patterns
- Advise on security architecture across complex strategic client engagements
- Serve as the enterprise architecture voice across Services, Product, Engineering, and Security
- Identify and escalate architectural risks across the engagement portfolio
- Advise Services and executive leadership on mitigation and tradeoffs
- Mentor delivery teams and codify reusable reference architectures and playbooks
- Represent Intapp’s architectural point of view with client executives and steering committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles
- Track record spanning integration, data strategy, and security architecture
- Experience in financial services, legal, or accounting
- Experience designing and implementing architecture for complex, multi-system enterprise environments in B2B or SaaS domains
- Deep knowledge of integration platforms and patterns, such as Boomi or similar iPaaS tools
- Knowledge of REST and other APIs
- Knowledge of enterprise middleware
- Strong grounding in data architecture and data strategy, including data governance, migration, and integration approaches
- Experience supporting AI and agentic use cases
- Experience deploying agentic AI solutions
- Understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integration, and governance
- Ability to communicate architectural vision to technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams toward pragmatic solutions
