About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive consultative prospect engagements
- Lead product and technical evaluations within a sales territory or product line
- Collaborate with sales, account management, Value Engineering, product management, implementation consultants, and other teams
- Demonstrate Intapp Celeste and Intapp AI capabilities in live practical scenarios
- Explain how agentic AI workflows improve day-to-day operations
- Maintain deep knowledge of Intapp products, competitive landscape, and industry events
- Assess and shape prospect engagement models
- Organize the technical sales team to cover requirements across the portfolio
- Architect solutions delivering customer value across the Intapp portfolio
- Present tailored demonstrations of integrated data
- Assist with technical execution of product trials
- Partner with consulting and implementation services to confirm feasibility and support post-sales execution
- Coordinate RFIs and RFPs
- Support account strategy and planning
- Maintain product demo sites for new product releases
- Enable field teams to communicate product features, enhancements, and business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of relevant experience at an enterprise software company
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Comfort with AI, cloud technology, and security protocols
- AI fluency and curiosity
- Ability to discuss large language models and agentic AI workflows
- Financial services experience in private capital, investment banking, real estate, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain business issues behind enterprise software and engage senior stakeholders
- Technical skills to redesign presentations and configure applications
- Design thinking or similar collaboration methods
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- High integrity and teamwork
