About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap across Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Celeste-powered profitability capabilities
- Own the work-to-cash domain from pricing and scoping through time capture, work in process, pre-bill review, and collections
- Sequence the roadmap against revenue commitments and launch milestones
- Defend product tradeoffs with evidence
- Build and lead the product management team
- Hire, level, coach, and develop product managers
- Establish repeatable AI-native product management practices
- Specify agent behavior, confidence and escalation thresholds, quality instrumentation, governance, and auditability standards
- Partner with Engineering on velocity, quality, and release commitments
- Partner with Services on deployment and migration
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on launch and field readiness
- Own product health and the monthly product review for the business unit
- Represent the product with clients, prospects, analysts, and partners
- Incorporate market and stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product management leadership in B2B enterprise software
- Experience leading a team through a platform or architectural transition
- Experience owning roadmaps for products with a large installed base, including migration, end-of-life, and modernization programs
- Direct product ownership of billing, invoicing, revenue capture, pricing, order-to-cash, or work-to-cash systems
- Commercial fluency in pricing, packaging, and the economics of professional firms
- Track record of hiring, leveling, coaching, and developing product managers
- Experience taking AI or machine learning products from concept to adoption
- Experience specifying agent behavior and designing for governance, auditability, and human oversight
- Technical fluency across data platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture
- Credibility with clients, analysts, and partners
- Experience in a regulated industry or professional services firm preferred
- Legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus
