About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand sales of Integra Ear, Nose & Throat products
- Convert accounts in compliance with company policy and sales direction
- Provide support to the aligned territory for sales-related activities
- Assume territory responsibilities as an ENT Consultant upon successful completion of duties
- Learn and demonstrate proper use of products to ENT physicians in operating room, private practice, and ASC settings
- Handle customer questions and objections consistently with product indications and sales training methodology
- Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, and ethically to drive customer action
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- An undergraduate bachelor’s degree required; a technical or scientific major preferred
- One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred
- Ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment
- Ability to travel and relocate, with uncertainty of final territory responsibility
- Ability to relocate
- Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States required
- Eager to learn the basics of the ENT space and medical device field
- Documentation of successful sales performance preferred
- Experience covering large geographies preferred
- Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred
- Ability to establish an effective work schedule accommodating frequent disruptions and flexible work hours
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends is nice to have
- Successful completion of Company training programs is nice to have
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager
