About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders
  • Develop and execute people and organizational solutions supporting business objectives
  • Provide expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational design, and change management
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence on talent and organizational initiatives
  • Influence people and culture decisions through knowledge of the business, markets, priorities, and strategic plans
  • Implement organization and talent strategies and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Advise managers and employees on performance issues and performance management plans
  • Facilitate resolution of performance and employee relations issues
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Coach managers and employees on leadership development, engagement, decision-making, and problem solving
  • Identify learning and development needs and implement training programs with the Talent COE
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead workforce planning discussions to identify capability gaps, succession risks, organizational needs, and future talent requirements
  • Develop and implement change management strategies
  • Execute the annual salary planning process
  • Recommend compensation decisions using market and internal data in alignment with the Compensation COE

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience, including experience partnering with business leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and driving talent and organizational outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Strong facilitation skills, basic business acumen, analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
  • People-centered change management skills; agile and resilient
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and ability to synthesize multiple inputs into simple solutions and messages
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and advise employees to support growth and development
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with HR systems and tools
  • Good judgment and ability to balance company, manager, and employee needs
  • Ability to demonstrate Integra values and an enterprise mindset
