Key responsibilities & impact

Answer calls from patients and referrers
Schedule appointments using the Visage RIS system
Manage appointments to maximize efficiency
Action patient referrals from multidisciplinary teams
Inform patients about preparation, cost estimates, and other requirements
Work as part of a team and serve as the face of the organisation
Deliver high service standards to patients, referrers, and the community
Work Monday to Friday across Albury clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Willingness to learn medical imaging terminology
Advanced computer and keyboard skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Care, compassion, and empathy for patients
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management skills and ability to meet team KPIs
Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and professionals
