About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Conduct 60-minute video sessions tailored to clients’ goals and needs
- Work with clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
- Empower individuals in their mental health and personal growth journeys
- Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve programs and the platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- PhD or PsyD
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- 500 supervised clinical hours, excluding internships and academic placements
- Skilled in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches
- Experience with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Experience with Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Experience with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Experience with Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado
- One supervision session every 2 months
- Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling preferred
- Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring; Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship
