About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
- Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
- Support clients experiencing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and schizophrenia
- Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
- Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
- Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of post-Master’s clinical experience
- Must be registered with the Kazakhstan Psychological Society
- Fluency in Kazakh and/or Russian
- Experience providing psychological counselling or clinical support
- Experience facilitating group sessions
- Comfortable providing remote and occasional onsite sessions
- CISP (Critical Incident Stress Management/Support) experience is preferred
