About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients’ mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals
  • Deliver scheduled 60-minute video sessions through the Intellect telehealth platform
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support
  • Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
  • Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Clinical Psychology
  • Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT
  • At least 300 clinical hours
  • AHPC Registered
  • Able to do occasional onsite sessions
  • Proficient in Urdu language
  • Prior experience in EAP and/or counselling work
  • Prior experience with group sessions
  • Critical Incident Support Program experience is preferred
