About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals
- Deliver scheduled 60-minute video sessions through the Intellect telehealth platform
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support
- Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Clinical Psychology
- 3 years post master's degree experience
- Experience working with psychological topics like depression, OCD, PTSD, and the like
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- At least 300 clinical hours
- Able to do occasional onsite sessions
- Proficient in Urdu and Seraiki
- Prior experience in EAP and/or counselling
