About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
- Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
- Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through Intellect’s telehealth platform
- Support clients on their mental health journeys
- Manage a flexible schedule while complementing current work or private practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Must hold valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia
- Must hold current registration (STRP)
- Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching preferred
- Openness to occasional onsite work in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra is a bonus
