About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support onboarding processes for new providers and ensure seamless integration into the network
- Organize and facilitate network engagement activities, including monthly virtual townhalls
- Schedule and coordinate training, group supervision, and Q&A sessions with the Clinical team
- Handle provider enquiries and concerns and provide timely, accurate responses
- Escalate complex operational issues and ensure closed-loop feedback
- Maintain communication channels, drive outreach, facilitate two-way feedback, and develop engagement materials
- Present consolidated feedback to leadership with actionable insights and potential solutions
- Track and analyse engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve provider satisfaction and retention
- Collect and leverage feedback to improve operational efficiency and service excellence
- Maintain records of provider interactions, escalations, and resolutions for documentation and audit purposes
- Calculate provider compensation based on agreed rates and contractual terms and address payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts, communications, and service delivery
- Assist with service deployment for specific on-site or ad hoc requests
- Support commercial events, client delivery, and other initiatives
- Review and verify professional qualifications, local regulations, and licensing credentials
- Oversee mandatory training completion, compliance audits, licensure management, and corrective actions
- Contribute to new processes and tools and implement enhancements to improve provider experience and service quality
- Review and update policies and procedures in line with best practices and evolving service needs
- Maintain and update the shared repository of operational resources, guidelines, training materials, and FAQs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in community management, operations or a related role in a start-up environment
- Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
- Comfortable using data software and updating documentation
- Prior experience using Freshdesk & Metabase is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to handle inquiries and manage issues proactively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and adapt communication style to different audiences
- Strong attention to detail in data monitoring and management
- Willingness to support various tasks as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work either day shift (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM SGT) or night shift (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM SGT), depending on business needs
- Flexibility to occasionally work on public holidays; holidays worked may be offset accordingly
- Open to candidates in India and Philippines
