About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn the ANZ General Manager's priorities into structured requests for Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, tracking each to completion
- Run the ANZ-to-HQ weekly status rhythm and escalate decisions to the GM
- Maintain a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives with owners, status, dependencies and next actions
- Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives, including product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations setup
- Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time from scope through outcome
- Write structured Product requirements and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk
- Research competitor proposals and pricing, 2027 value proposition and pricing strategy, and market SLA gaps
- Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums
- Maintain accurate weekly ANZ HubSpot pipeline data
- Own ANZ data for the monthly business review in the regional standard format
- Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months before quarter end
- Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria
- Own compliance pre-checks covering insurance, Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation
- Support the RFP specialist on priority bids and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost
- Coordinate ANZ people processes, office and operating requirements, and the GM's non-commercial administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
- A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
- Comfort with ambiguity: make a call on partial information and adjust rather than waiting for certainty
- Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
- Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
- Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
- Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
- Knowledge of the Australian market, EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
- Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster
