About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Procedure subject matter expert and strategic partner to Sales
  • Help Sales qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, communicate value, and advance complex customer pursuits
  • Partner with Sales leadership throughout the sales lifecycle as a trusted product and clinical subject matter expert
  • Join key customer opportunities early to understand business needs, qualify use cases, and shape deal strategy
  • Translate customer needs and clinical workflows into opportunities for IMO Health’s Procedure solutions
  • Deliver presentations tailored to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences
  • Connect product capabilities to customer priorities, outcomes, and business value
  • Present and explain data quality assessments, including findings, implications, and potential ROI
  • Partner with Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, and Marketing teams to develop customer-facing materials and support strategic sales opportunities
  • Advise customers and help Sales navigate complex stakeholder groups and enterprise buying processes
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, customer evaluations, and other strategic opportunity activities
  • Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and strategic events
  • Provide customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging needs to internal teams
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Epic workflows, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and relevant market needs
  • Strengthen IMO Health’s Procedure positioning and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or technology, preferably within the Epic ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
  • Relevant clinical experience within a health system and significant Epic experience may also be considered
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and workflows, connect them to technology solutions, and articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences
  • Ability to build credible, trusted customer relationships using a collaborative, consultative approach
  • Strong initiative and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Curiosity and humility, with ability to quickly develop deep expertise in IMO Health products and capabilities
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • Preferred: experience working for Epic or supporting Epic implementations, optimization, or clinical workflows within a health system
  • Preferred: experience with Epic modules such as Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Data, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: familiarity with laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or complex solution environments
  • Preferred: understanding of healthcare interoperability and clinical data environments
