Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy and maintain edge AI in real factories and warehouses
Meet teams, observe work processes, define plans, build prototypes, test them on site, and iterate
Troubleshoot and fix deployment issues
Document installations to make future deployments easier
Develop edge AI flows to detect hazards, track interactions, measure exposure, and verify fixes
Turn signals into actionable feedback loops with evidence that crews trust
Generalize field work into reusable modules, playbooks, and product improvements
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and research teams
Share field learnings and help scale deployments across regions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of relevant, post-college work experience
Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar
Experience building and deploying products end to end, ideally in startups
Practical problem-solving skills and comfort working with real-world constraints
Customer-facing experience and ability to turn vague goals into clear scopes and success criteria
Comfortable testing, developing, and validating edge AI flows on site with users
Clear communication with technicians and executive teams
Ability and interest to travel up to 30% to client sites as needed
Computer vision or edge systems experience is a nice-to-have, not required
Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial background is a nice-to-have, not required
