Head of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own Intent HQ’s Deal Desk from the ground up
- Create a scalable process for pricing exceptions, contract terms and non-standard deal structures
- Establish and maintain the global approval matrix
- Manage commercial approvals end to end
- Join forecasting calls to provide commercial input and unblock or shape opportunities
- Own pricing strategy across product lines and deal types, including direct, POV and partner-led deals
- Own contracting strategy, including value-added reseller and referral agreements
- Maintain current pricing and contract templates for new offers
- Connect Sales with Legal, Operations, Consulting, Delivery and Customer Success Management
- Integrate with Finance under the CFO on approvals, commercial reporting and forecasting
- Partner with Solution Engineering on resource planning and prioritization
- Own sales enablement materials, knowledge transfer and sales-team upskilling
- Administer Lightfield, Salesforce, HubSpot and Xero for data quality and adoption
- Build forecasting, pipeline-review and reporting processes for leadership visibility
- Own partnership contracting and management with the Head of Partnerships & Alliances
- Act as a customer- and partner-facing operations lead while expanding into new regions
- Scale the function alongside mid-market campaigns, partnership plays and sales-team growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years’ experience in sales operations / revenue operations, ideally in a scaling B2B SaaS or technology business
- Direct experience with CRM and commercial systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot and finance/billing systems such as Xero
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on Lightfield
- Experience building a deal desk function and an approval matrix from scratch
- Commercial confidence owning pricing strategy and contracting strategy
- Experience working closely with Legal and Finance/CFO on approvals, contract terms and forecasting
- Strong sales-enablement capabilities, including knowledge-sharing and upskilling
- Comfortable being customer- and partner-facing
- Comfortable working alongside a growing sales team as the company expands into new regions
- London based
- Nice to have: experience with partner/channel contracting, specifically reseller and referral agreements
- Nice to have: experience supporting resource planning alongside a solution-engineering or pre-sales function
- Nice to have: exposure to mid-market or POV/free-trial-led sales motions
