About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee accurate and timely administration of client contracts, vendor service agreements, and warranties in the Healthcare Technology Management environment
  • Enter and maintain complete, accurate, and current contract records in the CMMS, including terms, coverage, assets, dates, pricing, and supporting documentation
  • Serve as the contract-module subject matter expert by standardizing workflows, resolving data and process issues, training users, and promoting consistent CMMS use
  • Monitor contract expirations and provide Sales and Service Operations with renewal information and documentation
  • Reconcile contract data across CMMS, CRM, billing, and other systems; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections
  • Monitor customer accounts, contract coverage, and system configuration for accurate service and billing execution
  • Coordinate amendments from data preparation through execution and implementation
  • Partner with Operations Support, Service Operations, and IT to improve amendment roles, workflows, system requirements, and hand-offs
  • Develop or review test scripts, perform user acceptance testing, document results and defects, and verify CMMS enhancements
  • Maintain complete and accurate CMMS case records, including issues, actions, status, resolutions, and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of contract financial concepts, including service revenue, cost, margin, pricing, billing terms, and the financial impact of contract setup or data errors
  • Minimum 2 years CMMS database management and support or related experience
  • Experience reviewing contract terms, amendments, supporting documentation, and approval requirements is preferred
  • Paralegal or contract-administration experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong Excel and/or Access skills are a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with software applications used with multiple hardware platforms, including PCs, tablets, and mobile phones
  • Excellent communication and people skills in remote and in-person settings
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality driven, and capable of working with a team and independently
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
