About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives from scope definition and roadmap planning through launch and post-delivery review
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and product backlogs
  • Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and remove blockers
  • Prepare status reports covering scope, milestones, risks, and budget
  • Communicate with engineers, senior executives, business stakeholders, and technology teams
  • Manage expectations and build stakeholder trust
  • Track budgets and vendor invoicing
  • Support cost estimation, validate expenditure, and contribute to annual budget planning
  • Define and track functional and technical requirements
  • Document current- and future-state processes and coordinate testing
  • Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans; surface and escalate issues
  • Partner with Product Managers to develop product and project roadmaps
  • Deliver enhancements, integrations, and new capability launches across the IRC’s MarTech ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally across e-commerce systems, donation platforms, website CMS, or other Marketing Technology
  • Strong track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High levels of organization, initiative, and ability to work independently in a distributed and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Fundraise Up, Springboard, Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot, or Databricks is desirable
  • Familiarity with non-profit fundraising, digital marketing, or supporter engagement processes is desirable
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and project budgets is desirable
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is desirable
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certification is a bonus
  • Experience working in international development, human rights, or a related field is a bonus
  • Understanding of payment processing platforms such as Stripe or PayPal is a bonus
  • UK-based candidates must work 12 PM - 8 PM at least 3 days a week
