About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform field and clinic drug and alcohol specimen collections on a daily and after-hours basis
  • Perform DOT and non-DOT collections using urine, saliva, hair, and breath methodologies
  • Calibrate and maintain testing devices in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, statutes, and policies
  • Perform technician-level drug and alcohol and occupational health testing
  • Complete data entry and administrative support
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform filing
  • Perform audiograms, pulmonary function tests, fit tests, and functional capacity tests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • Certified Medical Assistant or EMTI preferred
  • 1-2 years drug and alcohol or occupational health experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing (federal panel)
  • Ability to pass physical exam
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle report
