Own brand, channel, ERP and WMS integrations from scope to go-live
Keep commitments to brands and partners
Learn and improve integration frameworks and processes
Create reusable templates, standard mappings and clearer playbooks
Use AI for field mappings, schema transformations, partner API documentation, test cases and onboarding documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

~4 years of product, project or implementation experience with B2B software integrations, SaaS onboarding or systems analysis
Solid technical understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML schemas and data mapping
Experience with enterprise systems such as ERPs (SAP, NetSuite), WMS, or marketplace APIs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Ability and mindset to improve existing processes and frameworks
Daily use of AI assistants and automation tools, with a demonstrable example where AI saved significant time
Strong stakeholder management skills
Based in Vietnam
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for regional coordination
Prior experience in eCommerce logistics, order management systems (OMS), or supply chain software is advantageous
Familiarity with low-code/no-code integration platforms or AI-assisted data transformation scripts is advantageous
Basic SQL or scripting skills is advantageous
