About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Clinically sell to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the Idaho territory
- Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy driving robot utilization
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications
- Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties
- Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption
- Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised
- Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders
- Drive sales of instruments and accessories
- Mentor new team members
- Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to Boise, ID
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
- Proven record of success
- Ambition and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- May require current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19
- Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements, including obtaining an export license and/or executing a Technology Control Plan if applicable
