About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Wilmington, DE team in a 24+ month developmental role
  • Gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business
  • Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development
  • Support overall territory management
  • Guide technical in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other customers
  • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas
  • Develop skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment in preparation for a future quota-bearing role
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must live very close to or be willing to relocate to the Wilmington, DE area
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Proven record of success
  • Ambition and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19
