About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Korea team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business
Assist sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management
Guide technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons
Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to overall team quotas
Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and attainment in preparation for a future quota-bearing role
Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Bachelor's degree required
Proven record of success
Ambition and exceptional work ethic
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
