About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new users during procedures to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves
  • Support in-services, training labs, first case series, and development of teams and programs
  • Become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology
  • Collaborate with senior hospital staff and key physicians to integrate the Ion® platform at new customer sites
  • Ensure ongoing customer commitment to and utilization of the Ion® system
  • Facilitate user and procedural data capture for QTI and benchmarking metrics
  • Collaborate with da Vinci local sales teams and internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, and expense report submissions
  • Develop early sustainable Ion® users and programs and support KOL and program development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven record of achievement and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Located near a major airline hub
  • Knowledge of the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space environment is a plus
  • May be subject to current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19
  • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, where applicable
