About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and sustain digital solutions across hospital systems
- Lead technical implementation of Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospitals from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability
- Partner with capital teams and Digital Sales Representatives to engage regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders
- Support pre-sales strategy with technical clarity
- Engage customer technical review boards, data and AI governance teams, and networking teams
- Deliver technical product overviews, data-flow presentations, and network-topology diagrams
- Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for enterprise and local hospital deployments
- Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions through documentation, validated configurations, and timely communication
- Own implementation planning through adoption and ensure smooth go-live and sustained value
- Support post-go-live digital solution adoption and customer utilization
- Synthesize field learnings and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and remove systemic barriers
- Pursue ongoing learning and share best practices with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare
- Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure
- Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule
- Remote work
- Able to travel up to 25%
- Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas
- May be subject to current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19
- Some roles may be subject to U.S. export controls and related licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements
