Key responsibilities & impact- Categorize, prioritize, and resolve incoming service requests with a solution-oriented approach
- Analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments and identify opportunities for optimization
- Provide remote customer support and collaborate with colleagues on projects
- Handle incidents, change requests, and general inquiries

- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification
- Team player with enthusiasm for new challenges
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
