Key responsibilities & impact

Define the product vision and translate it into a tangible 9–12-month roadmap
Own, develop, and optimise the product to its full potential
Manage and groom the backlog to maintain focus and clear priorities
Contribute to the design and evolution of back-end APIs within a microservices architecture
Improve observability through alarms and monitoring and ensure high uptime
Drive growth initiatives to enhance product capabilities
Act as Requirement Lead during seasonal, company-wide initiatives
Refine and document requirements and ensure a smooth handover from requirement phase to build phase
Follow up on delivery to ensure quality and alignment with business goals
Work closely with developers and stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or similar role
Strong experience in defining product vision and roadmaps
Solid experience in backlog management and prioritisation
Good understanding of APIs and back-end systems
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience working in agile environments
Experience in requirement analysis and documentation
Leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives across teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong sense of ownership, structure and accountability
Proficiency in English and Swedish
Technical background or hands-on experience with API design (nice to have)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (nice to have)
Agile or product-related certifications, such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO (nice to have)
Experience in the telecommunications domain (nice to have)
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments (nice to have)
