About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform various technical activities throughout the financial intervention lifecycle in collaboration with Financing Specialists and Account Managers
Request annual financial statements and documentation required under offer letters from clients
Enter financial statements into the financial analysis reporting system and ensure compliance
Obtain relevant documents and information from company executives, financial institutions, external auditors, and others
Review documents received and ensure compliance; contact clients in the event of non-compliance
Prepare, draft, and recommend minor changes to financial interventions for submission to Credit
Validate and update company and file information in Sygic; maintain document filing and records
Follow up on IMIN files approaching their expiry dates and close expired IMIN files in Sygic
Prepare and send cancellation letters to clients
Respond to first-line client inquiries
Close financial interventions and file termination notices
Ensure compliance with administrative and financial policies and procedures
Close amendments and modifications at the request of Financing Specialists
Prepare Excel spreadsheets and reports as needed
Suggest improvements to the administration of financial interventions, document management, and administrative forms
Stay informed of policy updates and implement them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Administrative Techniques and/or a related field
Have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience related to the position
Possess basic knowledge of financial statement analysis
Excellent command of the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent spoken and written French
Functional written English skills (reading) are an asset
