About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the VP of Construction on the Builder Training Program
- Source vendors for the region’s vertical construction estimating and purchasing initiatives
- Manage construction managers in the region, including fee building and warranty
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the professional code of conduct and expense guidelines and reporting
- Recommend and implement process improvements related to department initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience suitable for the role
- 4+ years of industry or related management experience
- Competency with Microsoft or equivalent suite of tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
