  • Translate strategy into measurable financial and relationship outcomes
  • Develop and execute the customer engagement rebuild strategy
  • Deepen customer relationships and grow the business
  • Ensure solutions are delivered, commitments are followed through and customers achieve positive outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pre-existing right to live and work in the UK
  • Understanding of financial strategies, including managing budgets, controlling expenditure, interpreting financial reports and understanding procurement approaches
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, including persuading, influencing and tactfully challenging in difficult circumstances
  • Ability to drive performance and achieve outcomes by generating commitment and enthusiasm from yourself and others
  • Strong experience delivering marketed services directly to end users
  • Experience setting short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Membership of, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body is desirable
