  • Analyse and improve business processes across the organisation to deliver measurable benefits
  • Understand current end-to-end business processes by liaising with stakeholders and gathering requirements
  • Design improved processes and ways of working aligned with organisational needs
  • Increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Engage stakeholders and drive buy-in for sustainable change
  • Shape how IOSH works through influential process improvement initiatives
  • Produce reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional business process improvement initiatives and supporting the adoption of new ways of working
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational, or business transformation initiatives
  • Experience analysing, redesigning, and implementing business processes across multiple functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and performance measures to drive improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting information to senior leaders
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
