About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate Chartered membership interviews by engaging with panel members and organising interviews
  • Support assessors and volunteers by managing calendars, monitoring portfolio review timelines, and responding to queries
  • Produce monthly CPD reports and CPD audit summaries
  • Coordinate workshop bookings and logistics
  • Provide member support by answering calls, processing CRM actions, managing upgrades, and issuing certificates
  • Allocate volunteers and contractors
  • Process assessors’ purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Support the Chartered and Chartered Fellowship assessment structure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pre-existing right to both live and work in the UK
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Confidence in following, and providing feedback, on business processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external customers
  • High attention to detail in generating reports and sharing relevant information
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working effectively within a multifunctional office-based team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Forms
  • Experience in volunteer engagement and/or experience working for a membership professional body
