About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, configure, support, and improve applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with analysts, architects, campus stakeholders, and ITS teams to implement technical solutions
Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality supporting operational reliability, platform maintainability, and long-term supportability
Participate in project work, production support, workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Understand operational requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support continued improvement of the ServiceNow platform and related services
Follow established technical standards and governance practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
ServiceNow software development
Experience with JavaScript and AJAX
Experience with HTML and CSS
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
