About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the CRM strategy and governance, including defining the roadmap and prioritizing enhancements aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as CRM product owner for workflows, integrations, enhancements, business requirements, business cases, budgets, and IT/vendor delivery
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including deduplication, validation, and compliance monitoring
  • Design and deliver CRM training programs for onboarding and ongoing user enablement
  • Create and maintain reporting and dashboards for leadership and sales teams
  • Monitor and improve sales-team CRM usage, data integrity, engagement, and adherence to standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on system usage, training effectiveness, and evolving business needs
  • Research and evaluate CRM platform enhancements and industry best practices
  • Perform related tasks as requested by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of CRM strategy, governance, and optimization, including cross-functional adoption initiatives
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence and drive change across teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Non-exempt salaried status
