About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring the governance, compliance, and security of corporate access
  • Lead the evolution of the SailPoint platform and identity controls
  • Administer and enhance the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform and its associated processes
  • Define, implement, and maintain access provisioning, transfer, and termination processes (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver)
  • Lead access certification campaigns and periodic access reviews
  • Assess segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, privileged access, and adherence to the principle of least privilege
  • Develop and enhance RBAC models and identity governance
  • Collaborate with Technology, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Business teams to define requirements and controls
  • Participate in projects integrating corporate applications, Active Directory, SAP, cloud environments, and other critical systems
  • Support internal and external audits by producing evidence and monitoring action plans
  • Define indicators, metrics, and risks related to identity and access management
  • Lead modernization, Zero Trust, and continuous improvement initiatives for IAM processes
  • Drive the advancement of the company’s access governance
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce cybersecurity risks related to the identity lifecycle
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of access controls based on industry best practices
  • Support digital transformation through the continuous enhancement of the SailPoint platform and other IAM solutions
  • Strengthen security, operational efficiency, and compliance with audit requirements and internal controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Experience implementing and administering SailPoint solutions (ISC or IdentityIQ)
  • Experience with access governance, access reviews, certifications, segregation of duties, and audit controls
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments and integrating multiple systems
