About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the performance and engagement of digital products, with a focus on KMV, among resellers and franchisees.
  • Expand the number of active service stations using digital products.
  • Re-engage service stations that have stopped using digital products.
  • Maximize service-station loyalty and engagement results.
  • Maintain daily contact with the commercial team and resellers to monitor product performance.
  • Analyze the performance of the directorate’s customer and reseller portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct meetings and send emails and Teams communications to commercial teams to encourage usage, correct processes, and provide guidance on achieving results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Experience working in a contact center.
  • Knowledge of the gas station market is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheet manipulation and formulas.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Trello, and Miro is a plus.
  • Resilience, organization, communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic to intermediate English.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid 4x1 model—four days onsite and one day remote—in São Paulo, SP.
